If you have not completed a Recognized Education Program, as listed in Schedule 5 of the CHCPBC Bylaws, you may be required to complete an equivalency determination before applying for licensure with CHCPBC.

In conducting an equivalency determination of the education of an applicant for Full licensure, the Licence Committee:

• Must consider the criteria specified in CHCPBC Bylaws Schedule 8 for Psychology
• May consider any of the criteria specified in College Bylaws s.6.27(b)

Applicants may also provide any information and records they consider relevant to an equivalency determination of their knowledge, skills, ability, and judgment.

As part of the application process, applicants will receive an equivalency review package to complete. CHCPBC will verify completion of an internship with the Internship Director.
