CHCPBC has redesigned our website to significantly improve usability and the experience of applicants, licensees, and the public using the site, one of the College’s primary communication channels.
With a focus on readability, searchability, and accessibility, redesigning the website has improved design, organization of content, and the content itself.
The website now has the following main sections:
- Applicants: This includes a new feature, How to apply, which provides applicants with clear and streamlined information on the application process.
- Licensees: The area for licensees to see licensure requirements, information on the Professional and Quality Practice Program (PQPP), details on certified practices, and more.
- Standards and resources: The place for licensees, applicants, and the public to learn about the Ethics and Practice Standards and resources.
- Concerns and complaints: A central location for comprehensive information on:
- your options if you have a concern about a licensee
- our complaints process
- published orders and citation requests
- About: Details on:
- What we do
- Who we are
- our work to address Indigenous-specific racism
- News and events: A hub for CHCPBC communications, including:
- news stories
- messages from our Registrar
- articles by practice advisors
- newsletters
- events
- Contact: The home of the Contact form – using the form is the best way to ensure your message is quickly directed to the appropriate staff member for a response.
Navigate the menu at the top of every page or use the search tool to find the content you need.
