Home 5 News 5 HPOA bylaws consultation: Licensure and Support Programs

June 24, 2025

CHCPBC is seeking feedback on two additional parts of draft bylaws for the College under the Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA):

  • Licensure
  • Support Programs

This consultation is open to all members of the public. We ask that consultation be limited to comments on the draft bylaws and not include feedback on the HPOA.

For each part, a full version, an overview, and an online feedback form are available. Please submit your feedback via the online forms by August 15, 2025.

Review the draft bylaws and provide feedback.

Consultation for four additional parts of the draft bylaws will begin on a date to be determined. Consultation for six parts of the draft bylaws posted May 15, 2025 is now closed.

Consultations with Indigenous Governing Bodies, as are required under the HPOA, are being conducted separately and in addition to this public consultation process.
