HPOA Bylaws consultation

CHCPBC is seeking feedback on the College’s draft bylaws under the Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA). Links to five full parts of the draft bylaws, overviews, and feedback forms have been posted for consultation in the table below. Dates for posting additional parts and when feedback is due are subject to change. CHCPBC asks that feedback be limited to comments on the draft bylaws and not include comments on the HPOA. Consultations with Indigenous Governing Bodies, as are required under the HPOA, are being conducted separately and in addition to this public consultation process.
