Continuing Competence Program

The future state of the new quality assurance program will include a unified and integrated interactive registrant platform for the nine professions. As a result, CHCPBC is in the process of consolidating all legacy QA systems and registrant reporting platforms.

Access to dietitians’ historical Continuing Competence Program (CCP) submissions is ending as soon as December 1, 2025. If registrants wish to maintain detailed records of their CCP learning reports, they will need to download this information from their Registrant Portal before it is no longer available. A more specific deadline/cut-off date to download historical CCP learning reports will be provided in the coming weeks.

Read the instructions for downloading historical CCP learning reports (PDF).

Effective July 1, 2025, health professionals regulated by CHCPBC do not have to report legacy Quality Assurance Program (QAP) requirements to the College. This is to facilitate the design and development of a new Professional & Quality Practice Program (PQPP) to improve client/patient outcomes, and support health professionals’ learning and performance. In 2026, registrants will participate in transitional activities that will introduce the new approach. The College appreciates registrants’ patience as we update website content to reflect the new PQPP.
