Please be aware that strike action at Canada Post is impacting the delivery of mailed documents to CHCPBC. Canada Post is not accepting items for mail, and has advised that all mail and parcels that were in the postal network when the national strike began will not be processed or delivered until operations resume.
To ensure your correspondence reaches us, we encourage you to communicate with us through electronic means wherever possible. If you have hard-copy documents to send to CHCPBC, there are three options:
- Send documents by email. If you don’t know the email address of the recipient or department, you can write to info@chcpbc.org.
- Use a courier or shipping service.
- Drop off material at our Vancouver office during our hours of operation. The reception desk is open from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, and is located on the 9th floor at 200 Granville Street in Vancouver, beside Waterfront Station.
For information about submitting a complaint about a CHCPBC registrant to the College, see Submit a Complaint.
Please note: CHCPBC has a hybrid workforce. Appointments are required if you wish to speak to a member of our staff team (either on the phone or in person).
You can also reach us by phone at 604-742-6715 (toll free 1-877-742-6715) or any time through our Contact Form.
