Updated March 24, 2026

On April 1, 2026, the Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA) comes into effect. CHCPBC wants to provide you with more information about these changes. That’s why the College is pleased to launch the HPOA Licensee Webinar Series, which is designed to break down the HPOA into meaningful, manageable presentations.

Over the coming months, CHCPBC will host a series of webinars, each focusing on a different aspect of the HPOA and what it means for you. These sessions are an opportunity for dialogue. Your questions, concerns, and insights matter to us, and they help shape how we communicate through this transition.

By attending a webinar, you can expect:

  • Practical information about the changes and the impacts.
  • Expert perspectives from our staff and other speakers who are working directly on implementation.
  • Responses to your questions. Priority will be given to questions submitted in advance.

View videos of the webinars below, so you can revisit topics or review the information if you cannot attend the live presentations.
