Sending documentation during the strike at Canada Post

Home 5 News 5 Sending documentation during the strike at Canada Post

October 7, 2025

Please be aware that strike action at Canada Post is impacting the delivery of mailed documents to CHCPBC. The College encourages applicants, registrants, and members of the public to use alternate options for sending material to the College during the rotating strike.

To ensure your correspondence reaches us, we encourage you to communicate with us through electronic means wherever possible. If you have hard-copy documents to send to CHCPBC, there are three options:

  1. Send documents by email. If you don’t know the email address of the recipient or department, you can write to info@chcpbc.org.
  2. Use a courier or shipping service.
  3. Drop off material at our Vancouver office during our hours of operation. The reception desk is open from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, and is located on the 9th floor at 200 Granville Street in Vancouver, beside Waterfront Station.

For information about submitting a complaint about a CHCPBC registrant to the College, see Submit a Complaint.

You can also reach us by phone at 604-742-6715 (toll free 1-877-742-6715) or any time through our Contact Form.
