CHCPBC’s Registration Committee includes both registrant members and public members. The College is recruiting for psychologist and school psychologist registrant members for this committee, with a view to ensure adequate diversity of perspectives, lived experience, and profession-specific expertise.

Committee members are compensated for the time needed for preparation and meeting attendance in accordance with CHCPBC’s Board and Committee Member Compensation Policy (PDF). Time commitment varies according to committee and profession; meetings are held during business hours from Monday to Friday.

The deadline to submit an Expression of Interest form for joining the committee is December 12, 2025. CHCPBC will let all respondents know in April 2026 whether or not they have been selected for appointment to the committee. Note that as of April 1, 2026, this committee will be known as the Licence Committee under the Health Professions and Occupations Act.

More information about terms of office, terms of reference, expectations, and committee member competencies is found in the Expression of Interest form.
