Bylaws consultation

Between June 24, 2025 and January 15, 2026, CHCPBC conducted a consultation on the College’s draft bylaws under the Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA). Links to full parts of the draft bylaws, overviews, and feedback forms were posted for consultation in the table below. All feedback received has been reviewed. Consultations with Indigenous Governing Bodies, as are required under the HPOA, have been conducted separately and in addition to this public consultation process.
